HPN Studio provides custom software development, design, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement signed by both parties.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access systems beyond what is publicly accessible, or reproduce our content without permission.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design, and code — is owned by HPN Studio. Upon project completion and full payment, we transfer applicable intellectual property rights to clients as defined in the project agreement.

Limitation of liability

HPN Studio's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
